From January 1st 2003 our business split up into two companies,
Dr Pers Food AB and Dr Pers Food Production,
which together have
a turnover of more than 170 M SEK.
It is staffed by a team of about 70 skilled, forward thinking individuals
who have devoted the last decade to building the company up to become
one of the most exciting food producers in Sweden.
Dr Pers Food Production
manufactures vinegar, mustard, spirit vinegar, soy sauce and others
sauces
in a modern plant. The products go primarily to the marketing company
Dr Pers Food and also to industry and retailers.
As well as marketing our own products, Dr Pers Food
imports deli-food for caterers
and retailers. In the deli-food range there are products such as
ajvar and other sauces,
marinated delicacies, conserves, bulgur, couscous, pasta etc….
These products are sold under established brand names such as Druvan,
Johnny’s,
Hultbergs, Möllers and Vinägron.
For many years Dr Per´s Food has had the honour of being chief
supplier to the
Swedish Royal Family. This is naturally a great source of pride
for us.

The company has ISO 14001:1996 environmental certification.
Dr Pers Food AB and Dr Pers Food Production AB
are two companies belonging to the Druvan Group, which
is owned by the Dr Per Håkansson Foundation, and whose
returns go to research. |
